Mommy & Baby Boot Camps - Guelph
Fit & Eats host some great mommy and baby boot camps here in Guelph, they are a great way to re-introduce yourself to fitness and exercise. These boot camps aren't your regular boot camps. They are designed specifically for new moms and women who suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction such as diseases recti, incontinence and prolapse. All exercises are C-Section safe, diastasis recti safe and adaptable for women who can handle a little bit more.

Are you a little confused about what you should be doing after you have given birth? Not sure if your old routine is causing you more harm than good? One-on-One personal training can take that guess work out of the equation.
Whether you are pregnant, just had a baby or are a seasoned mama bear I can help. Children are welcome to join in so there is no need to worry about day care.

Online Personal Training
Online programs are great if you don't have a clue where to start but you have the motivation to do it alone. They can be tailored to your needs.
Whether you are pregnant, newly postpartum or a seasoned mom, online programming can work for you.
Follow specific programming designed just for you. This option includes unlimited email help and a weekly phone call to ensure you understand the exercises given.

Small Group Training
Small group training can be a GREAT motivational tool. Gather your mama friends, your partner or complete strangers. Either way, having a companion can give you that little extra nudge in the right direction.
As a stay at home mom, it can get quite lonely so turn your exercise into a social interaction for mama and baby.
Small groups can be anything from 3-6 people, please inquire for more details.
