This is one of the most important meals of the day. It kick starts your sleepy metabolism and sets you up for the rest of the day. Without a sufficient breakfast you will  suffer from cravings, energy dips and maybe even 'hanger' hungry anger!! 

Follow some of these recipes and you will not fail

Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Serves 1.

Place all ingredients into a mason jar (except the fruit), shake well and refrigerate over night. Place fruit on top in the morning and ENJOY! Calories: 358kcal, Fat 15g, Carbs 40g, Fiber 13g, Protein 12g. There is also 43% of your daily Calcium and 16% of your daily Iron intake per serving. A note about the milk, you can choose any milk that suits you. The calories I have calculated is base on 3.25% organic milk but if you want a dairy free alternative that is up to you.
